Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once shipped, changes/cancellations are not possible.

COD is available across Pakistan, except for some remote areas (check our shipping policy). A small confirmation call may be made before dispatch.

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–5 business days
• Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track on our website under “Track Order”.

You can return unworn, unwashed hijabs with original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go to your original payment method or as store credit.

Yes. Exchanges allowed within 7 days. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the original back (shipping fees apply).

Our standard square hijabs are 120cm x 120cm — suitable for most women. For fuller coverage, check our “Oversized Square” collection (140cm x 140cm).

We try our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting during photography.

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for 20+ pieces. Email wholesale@squarehijab.pk with your business details and quantity requirements.
